~ Ordinary Mail Shipping Times ~
We ship to all countries allowed by the Hong Kong post office.
1. Canada or USA will typically take between 10 to 15 working days.
(USA customs and inspection often cause delays)
2. Republic of Ireland, UK and Western Europe usually takes between 7 - 10 days.
3. Eastern Europe usually takes between 7 - 15 days.
4. Australia or New Zealand usually takes between 7 to working 15 days
5. Israel usually takes between 6 - 10 working days.
6. Southeast Asia usually takes between 5 to 10 working days.
7. Rest of the World usually takes place within 7 to 21 working days.
~ Refund/Re-send Policy ~
If the item that you have received shows DAMAGE when delivered, or DOES NOT correspond to the pictures/item descriptions, we are happy to offer (i) a FULL REFUND - SHIPPING or (ii) re-send a new item to you (if a new item of the same purchased is available).
Please send a photo of the product that has been received by you to us via ecrater or email ([email protected]) within 5 days of successful delivery of the item. This is necessary for proof of evidence.
